ART 276 Interactive Media and Design Solutions
This course introduces students to the concepts and techniques used in designing and producing interactive projects. Emphasis is placed on the interactive development process, aesthetics of visual solutions, technical proficiency, and graphical user interface (GUI) with projects including digital imaging, web design, simple animation, graphics and copyright issues. Upon completion, students should be able to use contemporary software to solve a variety of multimedia problems for a range of platforms and devices that may include web-based interaction, mobile devices or other emerging technology. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement transferability as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
