Human Resources Development Program

The Human Resources Development program provides instructional activities to prepare the student to enter the workforce or to enhance the soft skills of the employed worker. Utilizing the Working Smart curriculum, the student will gain self-awareness, self-management, successful work ethics techniques, good communication skill strategies and successful problem solving techniques. Students will focus on assessing their personal goals and the pursuit of vocational technical skills.
