Textbook Refund Policy
FDC Opted-In Students
A 100 percent refund of the textbook fees shall be provided to the student if the student officially withdraws, or is officially withdrawn by the college, prior to the first day of the academic term as noted in the college calendar. Students are also eligible for a 100 percent refund if the course in which the student is registered is officially cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
A 75 percent refund shall be provided to the student if the student officially withdraws, or is officially withdrawn by the college, prior to, or on, the census date or the 10 percent point of the course.
No refund will be provided for students administratively removed due to not entering a class by the census deadline.
Students who opt-out of the First Day Complete program will be subject to Barnes & Noble’s refund and exchange policy.
Students who fail to return rented books will owe Barnes & Noble the difference between the purchase price of the book(s) and the rental fee for the book(s).
